Requests and bookings
Requests contains private inquiries; Bookings manages appointment requests and their actual status. A request is not a confirmed appointment. Use these screens for individual records. The assistant can explain these workflows and update supported website request-policy settings, but cannot read or manage these private records.
Open Studio, then choose your website to open Website Manager. Controls depend on your access.
